At around 5.30 p.m. on the evening before your transfer, you will receive a text message with your pickup time for all services to the airport.

Rockingham FIFO Shuttles utilises software to calculate our services and provide precise timing. We can only give 5-minute intervals, so we might be a few minutes each side of your pickup time. We ask that you be out front 5 minutes before the time we give you.
Only two fixed-time morning services to the airport are offered by Rockingham FIFO Shuttles.
For FIFO operations, Rockingham FIFO Shuttles run from Monday through Friday. On request, we may also accommodate group reservations on weekends. To receive a price, call 0422 465 054
When you book within the areas we service, Rockingham FIFO Shuttles will pick you up from the address you provide. This will most often be your home address.
Rockingham FIFO Shuttles drop at all major and minor terminals as listed in the drop-down list as you book. We are also dropping all the COVID-19 Testing tents listed in the dropdown as you book. We no longer drop directly at T2 due to constant boom gate issues. All T1 and T2 passengers are dropped at rideshare next to the drop point for the carpark bus services.
Rockingham FIFO Shuttles only operate in the AREA’S listed. We may, however, and do, provide pickups for individuals outside of our service area at predetermined locations. For instance, if you live south of Dawesville, we could pick you up from Ampol Dawesville. We suggest using the 7-11 on Lakes Road as a pickup location for people in South Yunderup.
During weekends, Rockingham FIFO Shuttles can only accommodate private group bookings to or from the airport and other locations. Weekend pricing starts at $300. Please contact 0407 450 131.
The majority of folks bring a bag or case. Would you kindly note the specifics in the “Additional Information” area when making your reservation if you have extra luggage? We don’t want to find ourselves in the awkward position of having to turn away extra luggage at the last minute.

Booking FAQ's
You can book online HERE 24/7 up to 5pm the evening prior to your transfer day.
Simply go to the bookings section HERE of the website and select the appropriate booking, fill in all fields, make payment, click the submit button and then check your email for a confirmation and a receipt.
Rockingham FIFO Shuttles accept reservations up until 5:00 p.m. the evening before your transfer. But, on busy days, we are booked, so the earlier the better. Please call us at 0422 465 054 if you have received late flight information after 5:00 p.m.; we might be able to offer an alternative.
If you book online HERE you will receive two auto response emails. one is a receipt the other is confirmation. You will then receive a text at approximately 5.30pm the evening prior to your transfer with your accurate pickup time.
Yes, provided you do so before 5pm on the day of your transfer and without incurring any fees. 100% of the total amount is due if you cancel after 5:00 PM. The only exception to this rule is if you get sick or exhibit Covid-19 symptoms. We treat cancelled reservations with extreme fairness, and we’ll reserve your money to use for your next transfer in most cases.
Unfortunately, if you are not out front and cannot be reached at the time of pickup, you will be left behind to prevent delays for others. In this case, there won’t be a refund.
Payment FAQ's
Rockingham FIFO Shuttles only accept online payments. This makes things quicker and more stream-lined in the mornings You now pay as you book through a secure and encrypted Stripe payment gateway. Regular booked passengers receive a invoice the day prior to the transfer via text message..
Some people require a tax invoice as they are able to make a taxation claim. As you book you will receive a receipt. If you require something more substantial please email us at admin@rockinghamfifoshuttles.com.au and we will send you a tax invoice.

Yes, you may do so without charge if you do it before 5 p.m. on the day before your transfer. A 100% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel after 5:00 PM. The only exception to this is if you become ill or exhibit symptoms of Covid-19. Your payment will be held in credit for your upcoming transfer.
Covid-19 FAQ's
Covid-19 is a virus that Rockingham FIFO Shuttles take very seriously. We have hand sanitizer and face masks available in every vehicle
No longer are drivers required to be immunised.
Yes, if you are ill, we would appreciate you cancelling your reservation. especially if you experience any symptoms of COVID-19. There are no fees associated with short-notice cancellation for these reasons.
Currently, there are no requirements in place.
All surfaces are routinely cleaned with sanitary wipes by Rockingham FIFO Shuttles.
