The easiest way to book your shuttle service is via our app. For quick access, save the app to your desktop using this link or from the website from this link. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth booking experience.
Step-by-Step Booking Process
- Open the App: Start by opening our app on your device.
- Select Your Shuttle:
- Rockingham Shuttle: Operates Monday to Friday from Covers Port Kennedy to Rockingham, Kwinana, and Wellard.
- Mandurah Shuttle: Operates Monday to Friday from Dawesville to Secret Harbour.
- Choose Your Run:
- Select either Run One or Run Two. Terminal arrival times are listed on the booking page. Minor terminals are ones such as National Jet, Skippers, and others.
- Enter Your Information:
- Fill in all required details and double-check for accuracy. This is crucial to ensure there are no issues with your booking.
- Payment:
- After confirming your details, hit the book button. You will be prompted to pay via our encrypted Stripe payment system. Note that bookings will not be processed without payment.
- Booking Confirmation:
- Bookings can be made up to 5:00 PM the evening prior to your transfer day. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt email automatically.
What Happens Next?
- Text Notification: At around 5:30 PM, you will receive a text message with your exact pickup time for the next morning.
- Be Ready: Ensure you are ready 5 minutes prior to the given pickup time. We allocate 5-minute blocks for each pickup and may arrive slightly earlier or later due to traffic conditions.
- Pickup Policy: We will not wait more than 2 minutes past your scheduled time to avoid delays for other passengers. So, it’s important to be punctual.
On the Day of Travel
Simply be at your designated pickup point on time, jump aboard, sit back, and relax. Our professional drivers will handle the rest, ensuring you reach your destination comfortably and on time.
